Culture Room is pleased to announce Green Teeth, an exhibition of new paintings by Ginny Casey. Cumbrous shapes, exaggerated limbs and malformed objects lie softly against abstractions of bulky nature. Casey’s nuanced brushwork and adroit handling of color quietly contrast the heavy compositions.
In these pictures, Casey works intuitively with sincerity, giving us easy glimpses of thoughts, observations, and memories that modestly wash us in out and of her consciousness.
