Husband and Wife artists Crespo and Ka-Son join together for
“A Union Of Art” at NYC’s 1199SEIU Art Gallery
1199SEIU and Bread and Roses Cultural Project presents “A Union Of Art,” a 2-person show featuring husband and wife artists Crespo and Ka-Son! Those who haven't gotten a chance to see much of their work in person will get to view an extensive collection in one place! This exhibit will bring together their very different approaches to artistic expression: his realism and her abstractions, both intensely dramatic and highly colorful.
An opening reception will be held at the 1199SEIU Gallery on November 15, 2012, from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. The gallery is located at 310 East 43rd Street, between 8th and 9th avenues in NYC. The reception is free and open to the public.
If you are unable to make it to the opening reception, “A Union Of Art” will be on display throughout the month of November, 2012.
Both Crespo and Ka-Son are self-taught artists born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After getting married, they explored their own artistic development together while living in the Poconos, PA. They now work together in their home studio (living room) across the Hudson River.
